Product Description
JH9150 Acetylene Carbon Black
Acetylene carbon black is carbon black obtained by continuous pyrolysis of acetylene with a purity of more than 99%, obtained by the decomposition of by-product gas during the pyrolysis . Acetylene carbon black is used as the anode material of manganese dry battery together with manganese dioxide and
electrolyte, and its crystallization and secondary structure are more developed, so the conductivity and liquid absorption are also better. Since there are few impurities such as heavy metals, the loss caused by self-discharge is small and the storage performance is better.
Acetylene carbon black has an appearance of very fine black powder, extremely low electrical resistivity, and has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and antistatic effects.
Mainly used in conductive, antistatic and thermal conductive rubber products, conductive coatings, and plastic products.
NOTE:
This product has high structure, long mixing time, careful operation, easy to fly, and dust prevention measures should be
taken.
